Where are you located and what are your store hours?
We are located in Baton Rouge, LA at 11826 Coursey Blvd. We are open Monday-Friday 10am-6pm and Saturday 10am-3pm.
Do you have ready-made items if I walk in?
We always have a selection of mini cupcakes, cake balls, French macarons, and ice cream sandwiches. We have cake and cheesecake by the slice and on occasion an assortment of cookies or brownies. Give us a call to see what we have today!
How far in advance should I place my order?
For standard cakes, cupcakes or macarons we ask 48 hours in advance. For custom orders and more detailed cakes, one to two weeks in advance. For weddings we suggest 6-8 months in advance as we only create one wedding cake per day.
How do I store and serve my cake?
Keep your cake chilled until 2 hours prior to serving to it can come to room temperature. We use real butter, which can get soft easily. If it sits out of the refrigerator longer than 4 hours, it may start to soften and settle creating an exterior that is not as smooth. It will still taste great, but not look as smooth.
How should I store my cupcakes?
Keep cupcakes at room temperature. We bake everything fresh from scratch with no preservatives, so they are best eaten the same day they are purchased. If you need to store them overnight, keep them at room temperature in an airtight container.
Is there a minimum order?
For all individual desserts, there is a one dozen minimum order per flavor.

We do offer delivery with a minimum purchase amount. Send us an address and we can provide a quote.
